John Cumming Owsley (1851-1926)
John Cumming Owsley was born 13 October 1851 in Blaston Hallaton, Leicestershire, England, the son of William Poyntz Mason Owsley (1812-1868) and brother of Charles Henry Owsley (1846-1935) and Stephen Poyntz Owsley (1857-1933). He died in Mercer County, Pennsylvania on 10 July 1926. Married to Sadie Phillips, he is known to have had a daughter, Florence P., born 1894 in Pennsylvania.
